QUILTS

Care Club meets weekly to create quilts on Tuesdays at 10:00 am. Quilts that are made are donated to Lutheran World Relief and the community.

 

VEAP
Oak Grove collects food for and raises funds for VEAP (Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People). VEAP is a human services agency helping residents of Richfield, Bloomington, Edina and a portion of Minneapolis with food, transportation, energy assistance, school supplies and a holiday toy drive. Donations of cash, food or time are always welcome. Volunteers are needed at the Bloomington office, as drivers and for special fundraising events. For more information, visit the VEAP website.

 

COMMUNITY WARMING GARDEN

During the colder months, hand knit hats and mittens are available on the garden fence located on the south side of the church property at Lyndale and 71st. To donate items, please contact the church office (612) 869-4917.
